What is this portal

DepEd Portal is an online and offline platform where you can find your needed template(s). It is an improvement platform of DepEd Forms made by Drupal Technology. You can search form templates, manual templates, checklist templates, and report templates in a very simple and efficient way. The idea for this Portal is to ensure that all documents we use for all kinds of transactions are uniform. The KMT Team will disseminate all the templates that we will need through this portal.

How to access

Since this application is web-based. You only need is to open your browser and type this address 192.168.1.31/deped-portal if your network connection is from the Regional Office. Type 122.49.220.99:9999/deped-portal to your web browser if you are going to access this Portal outside the Regional Office.

How to ask assistance for ICT Dept..

If you are having queries for this portal you can communicate to ICT Department for assistance. Our official email address is ict.calabarzon@deped.gov.ph. However, if you are asking for Technical Assistance, simply download the service form located at the FORM tab and under ICT tab, then fill up the necessary information and submit it to the ICT Department in order to assist and priorities your concern.
